Spring Update & Industry View

As we enter into May it seems like a good time for a Spring update from Hitec & an industry view from the inside.

We are pleased to say that Hitec has remained open this year, returning after Christmas & running at full production. Some of our office staff are still working from home on a rotational basis, happily providing our customers with a normal service.

On site, whilst continuing to follow government guidelines, we have been able to continue manufacturing products at a pace! All areas of the company are exceptionally busy with CNC Machining, Metal Folding & Bending, Welding & Fabrication at high capacity.

“We are fortunate to say we have had an incredibly busy start to the year, manufacturing goods at full capacity. Its really good to see so many of our customers so busy with work. The UK manufacturing industry appears to be in a strong position with high demand for UK based services. A number of challenges have presented themselves throughout the last year for some of the businesses we work for, but we are really pleased to be able to help our customers & find ways to work around these problems. Our customers represent a cross section of industries, which are largely all experiencing high demand for products, which is great new for UK Manufacturing.”
