Graining & Deburring
To complement our fabrication department, we offer an in-house graining service as part of our fabrication process. Providing surface uniformity and a quality presentation through brushed, grained or polished finish options.
Deburring provides a further finishing option, ensuring the highest standard of quality when parts are finished. Deburring edges creates product uniformity, improved fit and overall presentation.
Assembly
We offer a comprehensive mechanical assembly service, where final product can be partially or completely assembled to customers specifications. Inserts and labelling on the final product is also a service provided during finishing & assembly.
Packaging
Many of our customers require bespoke packaging and labelling options, with specific instructions. Our despatch team work hard to ensure the final products are packaged & delivered as requested and shipped out nationwide through our UK delivery service.
