Subcontract CNC Machining

Hitec offers subcontract machining services using the industries latest CNC controlled milling machines, which are run by a team of experienced engineers. Precise, high quality CNC machining is something that we take great pride in at Hitec, manufacturing a range of parts. Parts need to be produced to very fine tolerances and are subject to high stresses, with high value products needing to look good and perform well.

The machining centres operate a 3 and 4 axis milling capability, producing complex parts, profiles and shapes in a variety of materials, from a one-off prototype to high volume production.

Quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process using the latest inspection and quality control equipment.
