Hitec is home to a range of CNC press brakes, providing reliable, fast and accurate metal folding. The machines allow us to fold sheets up to 3m long, complimented with a wide range of tooling, we can manufacture various parts with a series of bends & folds.
Precision folding and correct tolerance means we achieve a high-quality product and reduce the margin of reject parts. Medium to high volume production of parts can feature anything from 1-fold to an entire assembly with multiple folds.
