A Message From Our Managing Director

During the UK lockdown period I am writing this message to update our customers and suppliers of the changes which have taken place at Hitec in the last few weeks.
Like many others I am working remotely and operating from my home office a significant change for me personally, as Im usually found somewhere on the factory floor, busy in meetings or out visiting customers.

All of our office staff are also set up and working from home accessing the wonders of technology, a credit to the many Tech support companies for making this happen.
This means Hitec is still open, we can take your calls, respond to emails, process orders and provide quotation requests – keeping our business running as much as possible.

Our factory is operating & still in production. The priority is to keep our staff safe and well and to follow the government guidelines.
We have implemented a skeleton staff, who are all working extremely hard & very efficiently, allowing us to serve the critical industries some of our customers represent.
I’m pleased to say the machines are running and we are continuing to keep manufacturing going.

We all look forward to the future where we come out of this extraordinary period and to better times.
